Denver Basement

Basement Remodel, Denver, CO. Originally built in 1976, this basement had become outdated and suffered from flood damage due to a burst frozen pipe. Managing this project within a tight budget while updating it to meet modern standards was a significant challenge. Considering the additional costs of flood damage repairs, we had to be strategic and economical with our product choices and solutions. We began by removing all excess moisture, then sealing and adding a vapor barrier to the concrete floor. We installed 100 percent waterproof vinyl plank flooring, new S4S baseboards and casings, updated the door hardware, and applied a fresh paint scheme using Benjamin Moore Regal finishes.
