Double Level Deck

Double Level Deck – Pagosa Springs, CO – 2023. The original deck was literally disintegrating and beyond salvage. By maintaining the same footprint and reusing the piers and footings, we avoided the hassle of permits and saved some on budget. The only challenge was the awkward placement of the upper support posts, which barely cleared the lower deck’s railing. We turned these trouble spots into functional small tables or utility areas, perfect for grilling or setting drinks on.
