Englewood Master Bath
Englewood, CO – Remodeled in 2008. We took this project down to the bones and beyond. By removing a ghost wall behind the original bathtub and closet, we gained approximately 45 square feet. The custom woodwork was crafted from knotty alder and distressed for a rustic look. Originally, the bathroom entrance was at a right angle, leaving minimal space between the awkward staircase and the sunken-level bathing area. We redesigned the entrance to an acute (45-degree) angle, which effectively opened up the vanity and bathtub areas. Additionally, we utilized the partition wall to install a pivoting TV, which can be enjoyed from the vanity or while soaking in the 88-gallon jacuzzi tub beneath the skylight.
